Art in Second Life: Patrick Moya

Patrick Moya is an artist in many worlds.  According to the Second Life Destination Guide:

"Patrick Moya is a French contemporary artist keen on expressing himself through the diffusion and transformation of his name and image. "

He is considered one of the very first digital artists. He is often in Second Life and constantly revising and updating the exhibits in Moyaland.

In Second Life his art installation covers four regions and it is impossible to see it all in one day.

If you go I suggest starting at the Tourist Office. You can teleport from there using a map of the Regions or you can just explore.

Three places I especially recommend:  The Art Scene Rezzer, You know how you rezz buildings? Well, at the Art Scene Rezzer you select an art scene and you can go inside it!

I also rezzed an installation called "The Moya Circus".

The Wonderful World of Moya Ride,  Take a ride through a kaleidoscope of Moya art. There is a stand with free art nearby.

Climb the Giant Statue of Moya. I always like to go up and see what is on his mind.
(Go in flying mode).

There are many many more places to visit at Moyaland. Explore and find your favorites!

For more information on the art and the artist you can visit his website.

There are multiple internet articles about Patrick Moya, but I liked this one from Project Veridical.
