Newbrooke Linden Premium Homes Released Today

A few hours ago Patch Linden announced the new 'modern' homes were available. In Second Life a Premium member is allowed to choose one of the many kinds of Premium homes available. Each community of homes: Houseboats, Traditionals, Victorians, Stilt Houses, Chalets, Log Homes, Campers, and Fantasy Homes offers a choice of homes within that style. The Newbrooke is the latest home community, with a choice of eight different model homes for the 1024 parcels, and four different models for the 512 parcels.

One thing that is new this time is that there are two different-sized parcels, and if you choose a 1024 parcel you also have the option of putting a smaller house on it, giving you a bigger backyard. 

As usual with the developments in Bellisseria, the community is beautifully landscaped with gentle hills, small lakes and ponds, and numerous community areas. One community hangout, 'Newbank', has a ring of snack shops surrounding a central area with picnic tables and even a bike you can borrow.
