Madpea's Cupid Catastrophe 2022

 I haven't done a lot of hunts lately, but I try not to miss MadPea's annual Valentine's Hunt.

You pay L$100 (equivalent to $0.31 US) to participate, and you get a HUD that tabulates your score, takes you from one location to another, and helps you find the Cupittos.

As you gather more points you qualify for more prizes, and there are more prizes for the top ten players. You also have the chance to find a special Cupitto which has limited edition prizes.

I'm not playing for the prizes (although those are nice) so much as I'm playing for the opportunity to visit a variety of places. Hunt locations are all over Second Life, on Mainland and on private regions. So far I've visited 25 different regions, and I've bookmarked a few to revisit in the future.

Locations vary tremendously - from businesses that put out the Cupittos in their stores to get more traffic, to residents who just want to show off their beautiful regions. Today I went from a store with rows of pole dancers, to a region with an extensive cave system inhabited by a dragon....

This year's hunt will be open from February 1, 2022 to February 14, 2022.
