The Carnelian Archive - Fantasy Faire 2022

What secrets are they guarding?

The Carnelian Archive represents an immense library. Some say it contains all the knowledge of the world. I don't know about that, but I do know that there are books - everywhere. The corridors are lined with bookshelves, there are books in piles, on tables, and even books with wings...

And there are stores - each store a separate world. It is easy to go in a store, be dazzled by what you see, and lose your bearings when you exit.

The webpage will give you more information about The Carnelian Archive. It does not explain why, on each side of the entrance to Petrichor (the region sponsor) there are magical portals guarded by pairs of knights who are polite, but who will not let you pass. What knowledge is hidden behind the portals?

You can buy your own bookshelves, and reproductions of the builds, at The Dreaming Thicket. Or, if you prefer your books less tidy (perhaps piled on the ceiling?) you can shop at Grey's Mind Maze.

If I were to list all the wonderful shops at The Carnelian Archive I would just be replicating the shopping list on the Fantasy Faire blog, so I just recommend you take a day and explore there.

Here is the SLURL for The Carnelian Archive.
